All LoomLove items—whether kits, yarn bundles, or handmade pieces—are created with care. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or dye lots. Handmade items may have small variations that make each piece unique.
💳 Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout. Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
📦 Shipping
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the postal service. Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept change‑of‑mind returns within 14 days for unused, unopened items in original condition.
Custom or made‑to‑order pieces cannot be returned.
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Custom pieces are made especially for you. Because of this, they are non‑refundable unless faulty. We’ll always communicate clearly about timelines, colours, and design details before starting.

Most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country.

We accept change‑of‑mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
